Comedy of errors

Comic book fans can be downright hilarious in their assertions. In their quest to embolden their support for their favorite heroes and villains, they make suggestions like "how about Superman vs Galactus?" Or "what about Thanos vs Galactus?" Listen folks, Galactus is a cosmic level eater of worlds. Superman, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, The Hulk, Sentry, Black Bolt, Thor and the like, have no chance against him one-on-one. It usually takes teams of heroes.

But, he is not the most powerful entity in the universe. That seat is reserved for One Above All in Marvel's world, and the Presence in DC lore.
