Omega Effect: Class 1000. Like his son Darkseid, Yuga Kahn’s most terrifying power is his Omega Effect, which gives him the following powers-
*Bio-Vampirism- Yuga Khan may absorb the life from every living being on a planet. He can actually draw the energy out of a world, leaving it a smoldering husk. He may apply this power at full intensity (Class 1000) against the planet itself or, with a green Power FEAT, he may attack every living being on the planet with a simultaneous attack of IN intensity. It takes approximately eight minutes to complete this process.

*Omega Beams: Class 1000 damage or disintegration

Powers-

• Self Evolution: Onslaught is an ever evolving entity. He may try to evolve himself further (like he did when Hulk was romping him) and can with a green FEAT on the Remarkable table.

• Mental Powers: Mind Blast, Telepathy, Mental Probe, Mental invisibility, Mental Illusions, Power/Psionic, and Detection, all at Shift-Z rank.

• Communications with Cybernetics: at Unearthly rank.

• Magnetism: All power Stunts, at Unearthly rank.

• Astral Travel: Onslaught can enter the astral plane at will and can force people with him with Class 1000 ability. By doing this, he can take his material body with him.

• Psionic Armor: Onslaught has some kind of psionic armor that acts as Monstrous protection vs. all attacks and Shift-X vs. mental attacks.

• Dimensional Teleporting- Others: He has the Remarkable ability to teleport others and himself to other dimensions.

• True Flight: at Unearthly rank.

• E.C.M Pulse: Probably as a part of Magneto's powers, Onslaught was able to send an ECM-Pulse of Shift-X intensity over the whole city of New York. This shorted out all sorts of electrical equipment and did Unearthly damage to all electronically based heroes (like Iron Man and Vision).

• Internal Dimension: Onslaught's interior is a pocket dimension which exists partly on the astral plane and partly on the material plane. It's a Shift-Z prison and Onslaught can use the powers of those trapped inside at their fullest potential.

FIGHT!

ROUND 1- Initiative Onslaught. He makes a Shift Z mental probe. He activates mental invisibility and disappears from Yuga Kahn's awareness. Yuga Khan knows he has to fight someone and activates the Omega effect to drain all the lifeforce out of everyone in the arena. 

ROUND 2- Onslaught perceives his life force draining (-500). He attempts a mind blast to incapacitate Khan. It's a bullseye. Khan takes 500 damage and his concentration must be re-established. Khan re-establishes the Omega Effect and drains off another 500 health from Onslaught. Onslaught health 160.

ROUND 3- Onslaught initiative. He has to hit a mind blast or die. He concentrates and hits for another 500 damage. Yuba Khan slumps over, health 0. Onslaught barely wins.
