Spiderman is totally unique in the Marvel universe. He is tough to match up against DC, but or friends at Screenrant suggested this matchup. Its an amazing match of skill, strength and intuition.

Self-Revival: Slade Wilson is able to return from the grave and regenerate himself.

Hyper-senses: All of Slade's five sense operate at Excellent levels

Wall-Crawling: Amazing

Combat Sense: Amazing, a "buzzing" in his head alerts Spider-Man of potential danger. Spider-Man cannot be blindsided, and he may make defensive actions if he makes a successful power FEAT. Intuition in combat is equal to this power rank. If the sense has been nullified his Intuition is as listed and all Agility FEATs are at -1CS.

 

Equipment

Web-Shooters: Incredible material strength web in the round it was fired. It hardens to Monstrous in the next round. This webbing is used for transportation (3 areas per round) and restraining opponents. He also can create the following:

Web Shield: Monstrous

Web Parachute

Web Hang Glider: Typical air speed.

Web Missiles: Excellent blunt damage at 3 areas.

Spider-Tracer: Attuned to his Spider Sense he can track these with Amazing ability up to 1 mile.

Spider-Light: Good illumination, spider-shaped.

FIGHT!

ROUND 1- Deathstroke initiative. He fires his staff at Spidey. Spidey dodges, Deathstroke misses.  DS pulls his pistol and fires. Spiderman is on the run, but one of the shots catches him in the shoulder. 8 pts damage. Spidey turns and fires webbing. He connects.

ROUND 2- Deathstroke tries to break the webbing before it hardens. He can't break it. His legs and one arm are webbed. Spidey initiative. He webs again. He hits. DS is completely tied up. His sword can't cut through the MN (75) strength webbing. His physical strength RM (30) also can't break it. He tries to cut it with a laser from his artificial eye. It works for a moment, then stalls out. The laser is not powerful enough.

ROUND 3- Spiderman walks to Deathstroke and says "surrender". Slade tells him where to go. Spiderman has no choice but to pummel Slade into unconsciousness. Spiderman wins.
