JUGGERNAUT vs DOOMSDAY

The unstoppable Juggernaut against the unkillable Doomsday.  Doomsie can only be killed once, before he gains invulnerability to that type of attack ever killing him again. Juggernaut, once moving, cannot be stopped by mortal means.

Powers

Invulnerability: The Juggernaut has body armor that gives Unearthly protection and a Class 3000 force field covering his entire body that protects against physical and energy attacks, radiation, toxins, corrosives, cold, heat, and gases. It provides Monstrous protection vs. magical attacks but none against psionic attacks.

Self Sustenance: No need to eat, breathe or drink and he is unaffected by disease.

Regeneration: Juggernaut can recover 100 points of health but only in a round he is not injured again.

Movement: Juggernaut can move 2 areas/round and he should be treated as Class 1000 material to be stopped. He pays no attention to force field or objects of less than Incredible strength. Those of greater force will slow him down to 1 area/round.

 

Equipment

Juggernaut wears an Unearthly material helmet and skullcap of mystic material, these provide Unearthly protection against psionic attacks.

Powers

Immortality: Doomsday has learn't at a genetic level how not to die. He can not be killed.

Invulnerability: Class 1000 resistance to Heat and Cold.

Self Sustenance: Doomsday has developed the ability to survive without needing to breath, eat or even sleep.

True Invulnerability: Shift-X

Claws: Shift-Y edged damage

Bone Growth: Doomsday's hide is covered with external bone growth. He is capable of using these as weapons, inflicting Shift-Y edged damage.

Evolution: Doomsday possesses the ability to develop a Resistance to any power, element, energy source or what have you at Class 1000 ability. Whenever he reaches 0 Health and Shift-0 Endurance whatever killed him becomes his newest addition to his evolution facter at +1CS of the effect. EG: If he dies because he can't breath in an Amazing ranked Argon atmosphere, he revives and gains the Monstrous ability to breathe Argon.

FIGHT! 

Before we begin, I must qualify this battle. The parameters set forth in these contests are determined by comic book editors, writers and designers, not me. The prupose of this website and these fights is to add some context to the endless arguments over Marvel vs DC. With these measurable real-world metrics, there can be no subjectivity or opinion as to the outcomes. We use these metrics not because they favor Marvel (Batman will probably win most of his fights), but because there is a databse related to this combat system that indexes over 1,000 DC and Marvel characters. That being said...

ROUND 1- Doomsday has nothing in his arsenal that can penetrate Juggernaut's Class 3000 forcefield (according to the index, see above). Juggernaut's prefered attack is the ram or charge. He charges at Class 1000 intensity, but because Doomsday has Shift-X invulnerability, Juggernaut can only do 6 pts of damage per hit. Assuming he hit every other charge attack, it would take Juggernaut 383 attacks to put Doomsie under.

That sound ridiculous, but that's only about 40 minutes of battle (6 seconds per round, 10 rounds per minute). These two are vicious enough to battle until the end. Juggernaut charges Doomsday to unconsciousness, and beats him... this once.
